With over thirty (30) years of experience, Mr. Murillo has performed many roles and responsibilities, including construction, construction management, design, quality management, and General Engineering Consultant.  His experience includes performing as construction lead field engineer, assistant superintendent, and overall construction management.  He has experience with project planning and development of plans, specifications, and estimates (PS&E) for highway and municipal projects.  He has experience with construction inspection, condition assessment, rehabilitation of roadway & bridge projects, and utility coordination.  He has experience delivering projects for both design-bid-build and design-build alternative delivery methods.  His experience ranges from designer, project engineer, project manager, department manager, to Office Executive overseeing all aspects of office operations and business development and owning a small business. 

Mr. Murillo understands how to develop and deliver quality projects for his clients and knows the importance of earning the trust of each of his clients one project at a time, every time.  He has earned the trust of his staff and his clients by living and implementing a servant-leadership model.
